Description
Henry is a collie cross kelpie and he will be 3 years in August. Due to reasons beyond our control, he requires a new home.
Henry struggles being left alone and will whine/bark if left alone - however this has improved more recently as he is barking less and seems to be adjusting better now.
Henry is good in the car but will bark a bit when on route to having a walk due to impatience.
He is good with cats. Attempts to herd but interacts playfully.
He is amazing off the lead and his recall is amazing (he will come back from saying his name, whistling, saying touch or here). He also loves fetch and always brings the ball back to continue playing - he struggles to see when he has had enough. He can be possessive of his ball and does not like to share. Henry is good with other dogs when off the lead but seems to be more anxious and as a result, slightly aggressive when on the lead and will tell a dog off for coming near his ball but there has never been an incident. He loves a cuddle and is happy to nap and chill on the sofa. Henry is crate trained and sleeps in this overnight and when left at home.
Henry struggles with strangers approaching him but if you allow him to approach you, he is lovely. He has high energy and would be best in a home with someone active and outdoorsy
