Description
Milo is a handsome, affectionate and intelligent two-year-old cat looking for a loving permanent home.
We are currently fostering Milo on behalf of his owner, who is elderly and unwell. While the arrangement was always intended to be temporary, Milo now needs a long-term home where he can receive the space, time and attention he deserves.
Milo is mixed breed (his mother was fully white) but he is identical to a Bombay cat. He is fully black with the most gorgeous eyes, and no white marks.
At two years old, Milo has the best of both worlds: he is past the demanding kitten stage, with his personality fully established, but he is still young, playful and has many happy years ahead of him. He has no known health issues and was recently given a clean bill of health by the vet, who described him as particularly confident and intelligent. Milo loves human company and will happily follow you from room to room to see what you're doing. He is curious, affectionate and likes to be involved in daily life. He settled remarkably quickly with us, adapting to a completely new home in just a few days, which speaks to his confident and easy-going nature.
He previously enjoyed spending time outdoors and, after a short settling-in period indoors with us, was keen to explore the garden again. He now happily potters around independently, stays close to home and reliably returns. For this reason, we believe he would be happiest in a home with safe outdoor access. Milo has previously lived alongside other cats and got on well with them, so he may be suitable for a multi-cat household. He is good with children, and would also suit a family, couple or individual.
Milo is: • Approximately 2 years old (b. April 2 2024) • Neutered • Microchipped • Fully vaccinated • Up to date with flea and worming treatments • Recently vet checked and in excellent health He will come with: • Food • Toys • Litter and litter tray • Food and water bowls • Scratching posts and accessories • Grooming supplies • Assistance with transfer of Microchip details and vet records • Any remaining supplies we have for him
