Description
We are looking for a loving and experienced home for our bonded pair of cockatiels (male and female). They are closely bonded and must go together.
The male is very talkative and sings frequently. He has previously been hand-tamed. Although he hasn’t been handled consistently recently and can be a little shy at first, he will step up with gentle encouragement. With regular handling and patience, he has strong potential to become fully tame again.
The female has not been hand-tamed. She is more reserved but is settled and comfortable in her environment. She would suit a home that understands bird behaviour and is willing to work with her at her own pace.
This is a difficult decision, and we are prioritising a knowledgeable, patient home that can provide proper care, space, and attention.
