Description
I am looking for a new, loving home for my Syrian hamster. He has a wonderful temperament—he is incredibly calm, never makes noise, and doesn't bite. Unlike many hamsters, he doesn't chew on his cage bars at all; he prefers his chew sticks!
Reason for rehoming: To be completely honest, I’ve realized I am too timid to handle him comfortably. I’ve tried to prepare myself mentally, but I’m still too nervous to pick him up and play with him. This is through no fault of his own—he is a "good boy" through and through. I want him to go to an experienced owner who is confident in handling hamsters so he can get the socialization he deserves.
