I'm unsure if theyre originally pet shop or breeder rats, as I adopted them from someone else. The previous owner said the grey roan had bitten before. They are nervous, I think they need time and patience. I planned to tame them somewhat before introducing to my girls, as mine are younger and very active, I feared they'd be a bit full on for these nervous girls. But unfortunately my circumstances have now changed so I feel there may be a more suitable owner out there for them. Already they have improved so much in the time that I've had them.
