Description
Through absolutely no fault of her own, our beautiful girl Birdie, is looking for a new home.
Birdie is a beautifully tri-coloured sprocker (5months old)
I am receiving a lot of messages and have very specific wants for our girl, please don’t take offence <3. This isn’t about rehoming her quickly, it’s about finding the best match —so please do give me a chance to work through— if possible let know abit about your family setting and anything relevant in the message.
I’m really looking through these all carefully to try and find best match possible <3 I will get back to you, if I feel you sound like a good fit for Birdie.
Ideally we need someone with no other animals I think.
The situation— I currently have cancer and with 4 children, though all good intentions, I feel we aren’t meeting her needs socially and want her to have the best life possible. She has a pretty amazing life where she is. It’s that she’s having to be segregated regularly due to a few unforeseen issues— Our middle child has tested positive for a severe dog allergy which is aggravating her newly diagnosed asthma massively & our youngest also has decided she hates dogs, won’t be within meters of any without a panic meltdown bless her—so sadly she is having to be kept apart form everyone often and I feel so very sorry for her. I know as much as this is such a difficult choice as she is so so loved, it’s the right thing to do.
She has a wonderful temperament and is so great with our girls (3,4,7&12), she loves running in our large garden and walks, loves a belly rub.
She does like a little excited wee, but I think she’ll grow out of that with further interaction.
She was born on 23rd February (so 21/22 weeks) and brought from a breeder, seen with mom, dad and siblings. Mom was a super small cocker white and liver, gentle, dad was a working springer white and golden colour. She’s been vet checked, has had all relevant vaccines and is up to date with flee and worming (have vaccine documents).
She is of course house trained already <3
She will go to her new home with crate if wished, toys, her food and all harnesses ect and things I have for her inclusive.
I really would like her to go to someone who is outdoorsy and wants a real spaniel company. She’s so gentle and quiet (never heard her bark). She’s deserves a lovely forever home.
Please no time wasters,
