Here is our beautiful girl Moon, she is 5.5 years old, we rehomed her from a breeder when she was 18 months old, after she had had 2 litters. We’ve had her for 4 special years, however, we have got a Maine Coon boy kitten who is now 9 months old and is a little too boisterous for her temperament. She is a big softy! She weighs roughly 7.4kg. It has been a tough decision to have her re homed, we love her to bits and she is very low maintenance.

Moon is a big softy, weighing in at 7.4kg she is a big baby!

As the same with all Maine Coons, she will follow you around the house, she’ll talk and cherp and generally want to be near you at all times.

She eats 3 wet foods a day with dry food overnight.

She loves high places on cat trees and will lay beside you on the sofa. She can be picked up, and gently brushed.

I’ve had her nails clipped at the vets and she has a main groom in the spring ready for summer, with this groom I have done a lion cut on her which keeps her cool.

All other grooms every 3 months are to help with her fur matting as her fur is dense rather than long and wispy.
