This is an incredibly difficult listing for me to write, so please read the full description before getting in touch. Due to a major change in my circumstances and relocation abroad, I am very reluctantly looking for an exceptional new home for my two much-loved Ragdolls, Luna and Sol. Luna is 7 and Sol is 6. They have been a huge part of my life and are deeply loved. They are being rehomed together and will not be separated. Both are beautiful, affectionate and very people-oriented cats. They love attention and companionship and are wonderful to have around the home. They are also good with children and have no known health issues. They are currently indoor cats, but their new home must have plenty of indoor space as well as a secure, private garden where they can safely spend time outside. A flat or small property without suitable outdoor space unfortunately won’t be considered. I also don’t feel that a home with other cats or dogs would be right for them. I’m looking for a calm, loving household where Luna and Sol can be the only pets and receive plenty of attention and companionship. The right home is much more important to me than the rehoming fee. A fee is being charged simply to encourage serious enquiries and responsible rehoming. Because of how much they mean to me, I will be very selective about where they go. I would want to get to know any prospective new owner, meet them beforehand and visit the home where Luna and Sol would be living before making a decision. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who would also be comfortable keeping in occasional contact with me afterwards, sharing the odd photo or update, and allowing me to visit them occasionally by mutual agreement. I completely understand that they would become part of your family, and I want their new home to feel like exactly that. Their welfare and long-term happiness are my absolute priority. If circumstances ever changed and you could no longer care for them, I would ask that you contact me rather than rehoming them elsewhere. They will come with their belongings and everything needed to help make their transition as comfortable and familiar as possible. Please tell me a little about yourself when enquiring — where you live, your home and garden, who lives with you, your experience with cats, your typical working arrangements and why you feel Luna and Sol might be a good fit for your family. I’m in no rush to place them with the first person who enquires. I’m looking for the right home for two very special cats.
