Description

Noodle is a 8-month-old male Cockapoo looking for a suitable new home. Black coat. Fully vaccinated and microchipped. Not neutered. Had his first clip. He is a sociable, friendly young dog who is house-trained and knows some basic commands. He has a very high energy level and is extremely excitable. He is still an adolescent and needs continued training, patience, structure and plenty of appropriate stimulation. Unfortunately, despite efforts to train him around livestock, his chasing instinct has proved too strong. He has seriously attacked a chicken, which subsequently had to be put to sleep because of its injuries. He also chases cats, and I am not prepared to risk the safety of my other animals. For this reason, he needs a home without cats, poultry, livestock or other small animals, preferably with an experienced owner who understands energetic young dogs and can provide consistent training and management. This is a very difficult decision, but I want to find him a home better suited to his needs. £650 ( inc crate, dog beds, toys and coat)
