Available Kittens: We have several gorgeous golden babies who will be available for their new homes from the begining / middle of September. Female Blue Golden Shaded Male Blue Golden Shaded Female Black Golden Shaded Male Blue Golden Shaded (2 kittens available soon in our other listing) You can read more about the personality of each available kitten in their own section of this listing :) About McCatterie: We are a small cattery based in South Yorkshire, not far from Worksop and Chesterfield. A lifelong cat lover, my cats are my passion and hobby and occasionally I breed and have kittens available for loving pet homes McCatterie is registered with TICA and along with a lifetime of support, all kittens leave with the following. * 2 full health checks by our vet. * Health records * Flea and worm treated * Microchipped * Vaccinated * Blanket smelling of mum * TICA pet registration * 4 weeks free insurence * Litter trained * Written feeding and care instructions * A starter pack of food * Litter trained * Accustomed to a scratching post. * Relevant paperwork and contract. * Early Spay or Neuter (please ask for more details) Deposit for reservation is £400. Health: All our cats are PKD clear. There is currently no genetic HCM test for British Shorthairs, therefore as of 2024 we work with a specialist veterinary cardiologist for yearly screening of our active cats. In addition to our own vet checks, we also encourage all new owners to take the kitten to their own vet for a health check within 72 hours of collection. Adoption Process: You are welcome to meet the kittens via video call which is also a required part of our vetting process. If we are all happy at this point, we can then discuss reservation and a possible visit in person. Our cats are part of our family and kittens are bred with a lot of love and care. We take the responsibility of breeding and finding perfect homes where our kittens and cats will be happy for the duration of their lifetime very seriously. When you get in touch, please take time to write about yourself other people and pets that you live with. Also your experience with cats and what home and daily life will be like for your kitten. Travel: For car travel we are close to the Worksop exit of the M1. People travelling from London often find the train to Retford from Kings Cross is a good option being just under an hour an a half journey time.
