Excellent communication, always responded quickly. My kitten has been given clean bill of health at vet check. His litter training is exemplary he’s incredibly confident and social, I was able to take him with me to visit grandchildren after only a week, he was straight out of his carrier playing happily with them. He may not be a pedigree registered Turkish Van Cat but has all the significant characteristics and is exceedingly beautiful. He is healthy, happy and sociable which is what really matters - a credit to Terry for a good start in life.
