This is an incredibly hard post to write, and a decision made with very heavy hearts. With a baby on the way and another cat we rescued, we’ve sadly had to accept that having three cats is no longer manageable for our household. Our only goal now is to find Indie and Ingrid the loving, caring home they truly deserve.
🐾 Indie – male, neutered, outdoor access
Indie is the ultimate little lovebug. He absolutely adores being held and cuddled and is the perfect spooning partner — the kind of cat who melts into your arms and makes himself right at home in your heart. He thrives on affection and will happily soak up all the love you’re willing to give.
🐾 Ingrid – female, not neutered, indoor-only
Ingrid is a regal princess through and through. She’s independent and dignified, preferring to observe the world on her own terms, but once she warms up, she’ll grace you with her presence and quietly curl up on your lap like it’s her royal decree.
Both cats have recently been flea bathed and treated, though we’d recommend keeping up with regular treatment, the little buggers do seem rather fond of them. Indie is microchipped, Ingrid however isn't.
🐾 They must stay together.
Indie and Ingrid are bonded siblings, and their connection is strong. They bring comfort to each other and cannot be separated.
They are going to be missed more than words can say. This decision has been heartbreaking, and we need to know they’re going to a home filled with love, patience, and care, a place where they’ll be cherished as much as they are now.
