Description
This is the 9th generation of our family line, developed over nearly 40 years since my parents purchased their first fully trained gundog, ‘Solo Blackbird’, in 1987. We only breed occasionally and primarily to continue our much-loved family line. This litter was planned specifically to keep another bitch within the family, and this will be Holly’s only litter.
Our Labradors are first and foremost family dogs from working lines, raised in a busy home environment alongside our toddler, other resident dog and cat. Puppies will therefore be exceptionally well socialised and accustomed to everyday household life. Dam and grandmother can both be seen.

Puppies will be ready to leave for their new homes at 8 weeks old on the weekend of 27th–28th June
Viewings will be available from 5 weeks old (6th/7th June), with regular photos and videos available beforehand via WhatsApp or email. We also carefully monitor and note each puppy’s developing personality and characteristics as they grow.

About the parentage:
Hollybrook Siren "Holly" (Dam)
Holly is our much-loved family pet and occasional working dog with a truly wonderful temperament. She is affectionate, eager to please and incredibly straightforward to train. Calm and gentle in the home yet driven and confident in the field, Holly has all the qualities we value in our Labradors. Most importantly, Holly is a wonderful family dog and is fantastic with our young son. She has also proven herself to be a relaxed, attentive, and caring first-time mother. Holly is a smaller-sized bitch at approximately 23kg and boasts an impressive pedigree packed with FTCH and FTW lines.
Thistlecrack Grousegas "Grouse" (Sire)
Grouse is an athletic, jet-black working Labrador with fantastic drive, style and temperament. Owned by Grant Branton and bred from respected working dogs used regularly for picking up and peg work, Grouse combines intelligence, trainability and natural ability with an excellent attitude to work. Grouse is a medium sized dog at 25kg and also boasts an impressive pedigree packed with FTCH and FTW lines

Bluebell Dash "Belle" (Holly's Dam)
Belle is our other resident bitch, kept from our own 2018 litter. She has a wonderfully kind and gentle temperament and has been exceptional both to train and work. Her pedigree includes FTCH Lamlodge Matador (“Bob”) and Beggarbush Ledbury (“Duke”), owned by award-winning Gundog Trainer Ben Randall.
Bellspaddle Dexter at Wephamdown "Dexter" (Holly's sire)
Dexter, owned by Kate Bollen, is a proven Field Trial Winner with FTCH dogs on both sides of his pedigree. He is described as a lovely, easy dog to train who simply wants to please.

Windwithe Mullinger Micky of Thistlecrack "Micky" (Grouse's sire)
Micky is the son of FTCH Aarcklebear Caribou and is a fully trained Gundog and will do everything from sitting in the peg / picking up. He is sound in every department and is producing some lovely very trainable high drive pups.
