Description

Willow is a beautiful, healthy 4-year-old Standard Poodle weighing around 25 kg. She is spayed and has no historic medical conditions. She is up to date with her vaccinations, which were given a few months ago, and she was health checked at that time. She is fully house trained and toilet trained. She also travels exceptionally well in the car. Willow has an outstanding temperament. She’s extremely loving, thrives on affection and is eager to please. Incredibly intelligent, she learns very quickly and has completed professional recall and behavioural training. She is e-collar trained and can be happily let off lead once you are comfortable with using an e-collar and her commands. Willow is extremely playful and can live with another dog, but they should have a chilled temperament to match hers as she can be defensive if provoked. Introductions should be done with the correct behavioural foundations in place and with discipline and control. She does not like cats. She needs a minimum of 90 minutes of exercise a day and will thrive with an active, consistent routine. Importantly, she does not like being left alone, so she needs someone home most of the time unless you have another dog in which case she is more comfortable. Mandatory home requirements: • Secure garden essential • No flats or apartments • Someone home most of the time • No single households • No young children • Would particularly suit a fit, retired couple Due to a change in work commitments that will involve significant time away from home, Willow now needs a new home where she can have the companionship and routine she deserves. Willow is a wonderful, affectionate, and intelligent dog who has been well cared for by me and her previous owners. Only serious enquiries from people who can fully meet her needs will be considered. Home checks will be carried out. If you think you could offer Willow the right home, please get in touch with a little information about yourself, your living situation, and your experience with dogs.
