In the last few decades, since the 1960s, it has become a very popular pet due to its charming appearance and lovable nature. Their coat is a natural mutation that makes the coat appear crinkly and wiry. However, this naturally occurring mutation must be fostered because it is what is known as an incomplete dominant gene.
