Hi, My name is Jacqueline Cook-Molony, I’ve been with horses, dogs and cats all my life, growing up on a farm with 35 horses, 4 stallions, mares and young stock, dogs and cats were always part of our lives.
I am an experienced and highly qualified Riding and Carriage Driving Instructor, with an ‘art’ for working and training difficult horses but foremost I am one of the UK’s top therapists, a experienced and highly qualified Shiatsu Therapist for People, Horses & Dogs with over 23 years experience at alleviating pain and discomfort, and known for getting to the root cause of problems very quickly. In a field of my own after pioneering ‘Shiatsu for Dogs’ in the late 90’s, to find out more drop in at www.shiatsu-for-people-horses-dogs.com
We have 7 horses, 8 dogs, 23 Welsh Black sheep, and 5 cats. Oh yes and some chickens, Golden pheasants and doves too!
All my dogs are Welsh Collies with 4 of them in senior years now, they all work the sheep, join me for some of my holistic classes, helping students who wish to learn how to do ‘Shiatsu on Dogs’, I also use them for ‘one to one’ dog training sessions. Every 3-4 years I will breed a litter or two, hardly a breeder but I do like to make my contribution to the Welsh Collie breed.
All my pups are sold as ‘young trained dogs’, where their ‘basics’ are set in place ie, ‘come’ or ‘recall’, ‘lead’ without pulling, and ‘sit’ by the time they are 12 weeks old.
I breed Siamese cats, again only one or two litters if you are lucky. I accidentally got into the breed when working on a horse yard in Reading when my first cat, then 9 months old needed a home, she is a multi coloured Siamese female, after numerous failed breeding attempts I took on my own rescue Siamese Blue Point Tom, since then I haven’t looked back, she instantly took to him and the pair just adore each other, producing unusual coloured Siamese kittens with incredible temperaments and character.
In 2003 I opened Roseheart Kingdom, Therapy and Retreat Centre where you can meet our horses, dogs and cats, by appointment only please.
Hope this helps you to understand us. May horses, dogs and cats always be part of your life, best wishes, Jacqueline Xx
