Description
My 11.2 mini cob. He’s too inexperienced for my 3 year old - never nasty reared or bolted, but just needs constant work which I can’t give him. He’s rising 6 and has just started on his long reining journey - he’s brilliant at it. I think he would be a fab ride and drive pony. He’s also beautiful (I’m bias) and would be great in the show ring.
Alf is a typical young lad, learning what is right/wrong. He will try to nip little ones so he needs an older child who can be firm with him. He’s great on the lead rein, a total plod in the school but is wary on hacks if ponies run at the fence to him. Lives out in a mixed herd, unshod and good with all traffic. He’s on 4 antihistamines a day because he can get itchy in the summer with the midges - definitely not sweet itch and never lame, sad or sorry.
He does have a cloudy eye hence cheap sale, this does not affect his work and has been ruled out he’s not in pain.
Comes to call, loves cuddles and will follow you around the field when poo picking. So much potential but needs an experienced home.
Price is negotiable for the right home which will be vetted. Heartbreaking sale.
