Reluctant Sale of Our Murphy
Murphy is a 3 year old registered with passport palomino gelding standing a little over 32inches. Lovely bloodlines.A real good doer and all round gentleman.
Murphy was bought for my son but we are losing our grazing in 3 weeks and my little boy is not intrested enough to warrant putting him in a livery.
Murphy has been lightly backed and not worried when a very bouncy noisy 5 year old is on board, he's perfect on walks not bothered about cars tractors ect. Good around dogs but doesnt like my little Jack russel she yaps at his feet (absolutely fine with our Dalmatian)
He's happy enough for a bath and fine for the farrier. Will stand and be groomed until your hand gets tired.
Took him 1st time to turriff show last year and its like hes been showing his whole life, took it all in his stride and just got on with it.
Just about to have his next vaccinations so will be upto date on those and upto date with wormer.
Hes sold from the field now as we have no facilities and hasn't done any showing this year but is one of those leave alone and pick up where you left off ponies.
His markings turn heads, he would do someone quite proud showing i think but he would be a mothers dream with more time because hes already just lovely.
If I said he has one vice it would be he can be hard to catch in the field and have a naughty 5 mins but as he lives in the field I think this would change quite quickly on a yard.
If I could have him for just me and have land near by he wouldn't go anywhere as I know there's really not many like him and I don't really want to let him go but he is too good to be a field ornament on a livery somewhere, so its time for him to go be a dream for someone else.
