Teddy is a tiny female Pomeranian whose sweet face hides a history of heartbreak and suffering.
She was a victim of a cruel illegal breeder, condemned to life in a cramped, filthy cage where the air was heavy with despair. Day after day, she sat in darkness, her little paws raw from wire floors, her body frail from hunger. She was never loved, never cuddled, never even given a soft place to sleep. To them, she was nothing more than profit — a life they were willing to throw away.
By the time rescuers reached her, Teddy was barely holding on. Her fur was matted, her ribs showed through her delicate frame, and her eyes — once bright and full of curiosity — were dull with sorrow. She was fading fast, her spirit nearly broken.
