Maya has been out much loved pet for the past 7 years.
She's good with young children but is not good with other dogs and therefore will need a home without other dogs. She was attacked when she was two years old and since this has made her very reactive and dog aggressive.
she has been brought up with our cats and has been fine with them.
I have had to make the heartbreaking decision to rehome her as it's not been an easy journey owning such a reactive dog with my young family. And she recently hurt one of my neighbors dogs.
I feel she'd be good somewhere with land where she was secured and had no access to other dogs. She has also shown prey drive so I wouldn't trust her with other animals. Although I know she's been fine with my cats she was brought up with them from a pup.
All this said she's a lovely dog around people she is very affectionate too. I've spent a lot of money on different dog trainers to try rehabilitation but nothing has been successful.
