I am offering for sale a gorgeous 8 month old female giant rabbit with an agouti coat. She is a very large and well built girl, with long ears, a strong body frame and a calm and gentle personality. She has been raised with great care, handled daily and is extremely friendly, curious and relaxed around people. She is perfect both as a loving family pet and as a future breeding doe due to her size, condition and temperament.
She has been fully vaccinated. She has also been wormed regularly and has been treated with flystrike protection throughout the warm season. She is healthy, active and has no issues at all. Her coat is in excellent condition and she has very clean eyes, ears and nails.
She has been kept in a spacious, clean environment and is used to having room to move. She would be best suited to a home that can provide a large enclosure, shed or hutch, because giant rabbits need space to stretch comfortably. She eats high quality pellets, unlimited hay and fresh vegetables daily. She drinks from a bottle or a bowl without any problem.
Her temperament is one of her biggest strengths. She is calm, enjoys attention, accepts being stroked, and is not aggressive in any way. She is a lovely girl who bonds easily with people and has a very sweet nature. She is also used to normal household noises and activity.
She would be ideal for someone who wants a big and affectionate rabbit, a companion for another neutered rabbit, or an impressive and well grown female for a breeding line. At only 8 months old she still has more growing to do and will continue to develop size.
