We're sadly looking to rehome Peach, as she hasn't settled into our multi-cat household. This has been a difficult decision, as we took her in wanting to give her a better life, but we feel she'd be happier in a quieter home where she can have more space and feel secure.
About Peach ❤️
Peach is an adult female cat, estimated to be around 7 years old. She's a lovely girl who enjoys affection and will come to us for cuddles, including settling down on the bed with us and cuddling under the blanket where she likes to sleep at night. She has shown that she can bond with people and enjoy their company when she feels safe so if you're looking for an affectionate cat that will cuddle all day, Peach is your girl.
Unfortunately, she's struggled to get along with our other cats and can be frightened by them. We're therefore looking for a patient, loving home where she can ideally be the only cat, without the stress of sharing her space with other cats.
Her health and veterinary history
Since coming into our care about a month ago, Toby has received veterinary attention and treatment. She has:
- Received veterinary flea and worm treatment
- Tested negative for FIV and FeLV.
- Had blood tests, which showed some abnormalities, most likely due to being underweight, that the vets felt needed monitoring.
- Received gastrointestinal food, worming treatment and probiotic support for previous digestive problems.
-updates vaccinations
She came to us very unwell, and she has continued to experience sneezing and some noisy/chesty breathing which the vets aren't concerned about, but that just need montoring as she starts to put on more weight and her health improves, in case these issues continue.
We want to be completely transparent about these issues so her new owner can make an informed decision. Further veterinary assessment may be needed.
The home we're looking for 🏡
Ideally, Peach needs:
- A calm, loving home where she can be the only cat.
- Someone patient who will allow her time to settle in at her own pace.
- An owner who can provide ongoing veterinary care if required
- A safe indoor environment while she adjusts to her new surroundings.
We don't want to rush into finding her a home. Our priority is finding someone who genuinely wants to give Toby the comfortable, happy life she deserves.
A £55 rehoming fee applies. This is a contribution towards the care and veterinary treatment she's received. We will ask prospective owners a few questions to make sure the home is suitable.
If you're interested, please message us with a little information about yourself, your household, any other pets you have and your experience with cats.
We want to make sure Peach finds the right home where she can feel safe, loved and settled. ❤️🐱
