Description

Welcome to our litter of standard wire haired dachshunds. Nettle the mother is bred by fullicar kennels and is a daughter of Martha and the late Otto. The dad Twig is pictured on the advert and lives in the country side on a stunning game keepers farm. Both parents have exceptional wirey coats, as do their pups. They will come with an extensive put together puppy pack to start of their life with you in your home. They will be microchipped upon collection and vet checked, please note we do not do L4 vaccination and you should do your research before you consider having them as they’re very toxic and have been causing fatal issues. Open to home visits and FaceTimes at anytime. Thank you!

Pros

Extremely affectionate and loyal little dogs
Very intelligent Dachshunds learn quickly and know how to please
Fun-loving and playful by nature
Energetic and feisty Dachshunds like to be kept entertained

Cons

Not the best choice for first time owners because Dachshunds often have a mind of their own
Care must be taken with puppies because they must not be allowed to jump up or down from anywhere because it could damage their backs and joints
They are prone to putting on too much weight if not given enough daily exercise
The breed is known to suffer from quite a few health concerns so vet bills can be high and why pet insurance is so important for anyone owning a Dachshund
