Description
My sprocker Cookie is roughly 4 years old. I need to rehome here ASAP due to my daughter having a baby and the dog not settling around the baby. I have only had cookie for around 3 months myself as I also rehomed her due to neglect. Cookie is a very lively dog and craves lots of fuss and cuddles. She loves to be brushed and is great at the groomers. I have been training cookie on the lead as she was scared to go out when I rehomed her. There is a lot of improvement and she now enjoys her walks. Over the last couple of weeks ive been training her on recall and shes been really good. She friendly towards other dogs too although she can get a bit nervous around cars and still tends to pull on the lead a lot when near roads. Cookie has never chewed anything in the house and is toilet trained but you do have to take her to the door, she won't let you know if she needs to go out. she only barks when someone knocks at the door. It took me a few days to settle her when i rehomed her but she adapted really well and was quite happy just lying on her bed. Cookie is a lovely dog but there has been a change in her behaviour since the baby was born. After witnessing this I must stress that I don't think cookie is suitable around children and she need someone who has plenty of time to continue working on building her confidence when out on walks, basically she needs all attention on her
