Zico in in Aberdeenshire in boarding kennels. He is adored by the staff who work with him. He is looking for a foster or forever home. He was once a confident happy boy, then his home fell through and we got back a nervous, reactive dog. He is particularly frightened of approaching vehicles and men he doesn’t know. He deeply trusts once he knows you and relies heavily on his trusted people for reassurance. Ideally we would like zico to be the only dog in the house, to enable him to recover emotionally in his own space. He has not lived with cats. This is a supported adoption with help from behaviourists in his new home to help him find his confidence again. He was originally rescued in Saudi, and lived in Dubai for a year before moving to Scotland.
