I have some baby horsfield tortoises that will be ready to leave for their new homes anytime from 25th may onwards, the babies will then be 12 weeks old. I have over 15 years experience of rearing my own hatchlings.
The babies have been reared in a tortoise table with correct lighting, substrate and vitamins, they have been fed a complete weed and flower diet.
I incubated the eggs at the higher range temperature to have more chance of females, but please note this is not 100% guaranteed and gender cannot be determined until around 4 years of age.
Each baby will come with care and information sheets, insurance, some limestone flour and lump chalk, a small marked tub to use for a bath, and enough weeds to last a couple of days.
I only want my babies to go to homes with tortoise tables, no vivariums please.
A £25 deposit can secure a baby until you are correctly setup and ready for baby to come home, holidays will also be honoured.
I do not courier my babies, they are collection in person only.
