Description
Nadine – A Little Dog with a Big Heart
When rescuers opened the door to the crumbling shed, they weren’t expecting anyone to be alive. It was cold, damp, and silent—forgotten like so many places in the aftermath of fear and fleeing. But then, in the shadows, something moved.
A small, trembling shape. Covered in dirt. Soaked through. And staring up with eyes that no longer believed in rescue.
That was Nadine—a tiny Scottish Terrier, left behind like trash.
She had once belonged to someone. That much was clear from her dulled collar and worn-down paws. But when her family fled—whether from poverty, war, or fear—they left her behind. The door was closed. The food ran out. And Nadine waited. In silence. For someone who would never return.
By the time she was found, she was weak. Skin and bone. Covered in mats and sores. But still, somehow, her little tail gave the tiniest wag when the rescuer whispered her name.
She had survived. Alone. Forgotten. But not broken.
Today, Nadine is safe. Her coat has been trimmed, her eyes are brighter, and her heart is healing. She is gentle, sweet, and incredibly affectionate. She loves short walks, soft blankets, and being close to her person.
She’s wonderful with other dogs, cats, and children. Quiet and polite, she brings calm wherever she goes. She doesn’t ask for much—just love, stability, and someone who won’t disappear.
Nadine is healthy, fully vaccinated, and available for immediate collection.
