I am pleased to announce Indy’s first litter of 7 pups. Indy is a sunning sable and white 3 year old Border Collie. I am a qualified Veterinary Nurse who has always had Border Collies in my life. Breeding Indy has not been taken lightly. She is the sweetest and most affectionate dog. She lives in our family with 2 children, 2 rabbits and she absolutely loves doting on my 6 year old. They are the best of friends, I cannot praise her temperament highly enough, it truly is fantastic. She is also well socialised with other dogs.
The next most important thing is health! Indy is DNA tested for over 330 genetic diseases (full copy can be viewed) and has a BVA hip score of 6/7. She is KC activity registered and regularly attends agility sessions weekly, I am hoping to compete next year!
I researched a fantastic stud to breed Indy’s pups. Otto is a KC registered sable and white Border Collie who also has an outstanding temperament too, even participating in TV work! He has been extensively DNA health tested and results are clear/normal on Goniodysgenesis and Glaucoma, Adult Onset Deafness, Collie Eye Anomaly, Canine Malignant Hypertherm, MDR1, PLL, Cystinuria type II, Sensory Neuropathy, Dental Hypomineralization (Raine Syndrome), DM, Hip Laxity I, Hip Laxity II, Hyperuricemia, TNS, Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis, IGS.
BVA hip score 8/6
BVA elbow grade 0/0
BAER Hearing test - unaffected
He has also qualified for Crufts 2022, 2023, 2024
These puppies will only go to homes that understand the Border Collie breed. They will require mental stimulation due to their intelligence. The pups will be fit and very energetic and should excel in flyball, hoopers, scent work and agility.
Meeting these vital factors for this breed will ensure you have a great family dog.
Please no time wasters, think carefully, can you commit to having a dog and be responsible for their care and needs for their entire lifetime? These dogs deserve a first class ‘forever’ home. Once approved for a puppy, I will send over a puppy contract and I will require a £500 (non-refundable) deposit to secure your puppy.
