Magnum – 14.2hh, 19yrs Young, Coloured Cob Gelding
This lovely boy has been part of our family for 9 years and has taught both my daughters to ride. Magnum is a real confidence-giver with a heart of gold – he's been there, done that, and come home with the ribbons to prove it!
He's competed in ridden and in-hand shows, enjoyed fun rides, beach trips, show jumping, cross-country and hacking – both alone and in company. He loads and travels like a dream and genuinely loves his adventures out and about.
Magnum is a solid, stocky type and a good weight carrier. He's always looked after his rider and still has plenty to give.
What makes Magnum special:
✅ Great to hack alone or in company
✅ Safe in all traffic – used to busy farm machinery
✅ Barefoot (has been shod) and good for the farrier, vet & dentist
✅ Lives in or out – currently stabled during the day, out at night
✅ Easy to handle, friendly, and loves fuss
✅ Good in the school – may throw in a cheeky bronk if not ridden for a while, but nothing nasty!
🔹 Honest note: Magnum isn’t keen on having his ears touched – but you can easily put his headcollar and bridle on without any problems.
He has lived alone before but prefers company. He’ll come with his tack, and we may be able to help with transport if you’re not too far away.
We’re in no rush to sell – the right home is the most important thing to us. We'd love to stay in touch and see him happy and loved.
