Barney is in desperate need of a high energy home, he would make a fantastic working dog, he loves the chase and can not tire him. If this kind of home isnt possible then Barney would need multiple walks a day and somebody who can give him more training. Hes so incredibly intelligent, he has fantastic recall and very eager to learn. The reason I am rehoming is due to my back problems, he is very strong for his size and the constant pulling on the lead is making it impossible for me to walk him as much as he needs. At the moment he is extremely high energy but we believe that will calm as he gets older. He isnt reactive to other dogs and he loves the ball. He has grown up around children and 5 cats, but I wouldn't want him to go to another home with cats as hes started chasing ours and it causes them unnecessary stress.
