Fenced all around. Wooden panels with concrete posts. Some panels have trellis on the top. Some of the panels are on top of low level brick walls.The fence across the back of the garden is about 7ft, with trees from the neighbouring garden adding extra height.
Not secure at the moment. A section of the wooden panels down one side are not 5ft
- Diane has someone coming to add a trellis tomorrow. She knows that she will need to provide photos of this. Another section needs to be realigned and this is also being done tomorrow.

Hcer said; Nothing apparent - Diane told me that she had a hip operation last year and unfortunately injured her shoulder having slipped on grass. She is currently on sick leave following surgery and is due to return to work on 8th July. Yes, fit and able with no mental health issues
Yes - Diane has thought about the needs of a Romanian rescue dog. She is aware of the fight or flight instinct. She has kept previous dogs away from the door and is aware of the need for this. Diane has already made plans to have the necessary work carried out to meet the standards required for the fencinng
Diane is very keen indeed to offer a home to a small dog - she has thought thought about it carefully and feels that the time is right now. Once the work needed for the fencing is completed the back garden should be safe. She has a good support network and offers a lovely home and lifestyle for the right dog.
