Here is her story :
Vicky is a small young lady, born around January 2024. She was rescued from a public (“kill”) shelter, where life for such a young dog is nothing but hardship. Now -safe in a private shelter- she is waiting, full of hope, for her own family to open their hearts and let her leave the kennel life behind forever.

📏 Height: approx. 38 cm (can be measured on request)
⚖️ Weight: approx. 12 kg
🏷 Mixed Breed - based on appearance : Vicky may be a mix of Mini Australian Shepherd with some Jack Russell Terrier influence, giving her a lively, bright and charming look.
Looks & charm
Vicky has a sparkling presence – compact in size, yet full of energy and life. Her warm eyes and joyful expression make her impossible not to love. She carries her golden heart on her sleeve: always ready with a smile, always eager for affection.
Character
Despite everything she has been through, Vicky is a truly sweet and cheerful soul. She is always happy when she receives a little attention – but in the shelter, those moments are far too rare. Still, she remains friendly to everyone and gets along very well with other dogs. She is affectionate and thrives on human company, so she wouldn’t be happy in a home where she had to spend long full-time working days completely alone.
Ideal home
Vicky dreams of a home where she can finally be part of family life. She would love a balance between cosy, peaceful moments on the sofa and active, fun times together with her people.
A dog-proof garden with secure fencing and gates is important for her, so she can safely explore, do her needs, and gradually learn about life outside in a calm, safe way.
✨ Whoever adopts Vicky will gain a joyful, affectionate companion who will give her whole heart to her new family. Let’s hope she won’t have to spend another winter on the cold concrete of the shelter but instead discover the warmth of a real home.
We’ve had her fully vaccinated (including for Kennel Cough) and we’ve also had VICKY spayed.
Due to an on-going campaign against these poor foreigners (competing with the Irish and British Puppy Farmers !...), VICKY will also have a comprehensive set of blood tests, before rehoming her - for everybody’s peace of mind and to save you money by not having to do these tests in the UK...
Smart and well behaved, KATHY is very friendly with everybody, including children and other dogs.
Although still young, she is not chewing things. She’s just waiting patiently for her Loving Family to adopt her. She knows her place and she’s very well behaved.
She loves playing with other dogs and she loves human affection !
VICKY is almost house/toilet trained now and she learns to walk on a lead.

Home-Check (even done online, at times) is compulsory.
We do NOT supply dogs to non-genuine Dog-Loving people. There are all kind out there... can’t be too careful !
You must have your own garden and no children under 10 to adopt a dog from our Rescue.
We do not supply work, assistance or service dogs, regardless of what noble/moral it would be ! The dog(s) you adopt from our organisation will reside as a PET in your Home and will be well looked-after and loved !
Should you adopt a rescue dog from us - you will also agree to keep in touch with us - so we can help with any issues.
Our preferred method of contact is over the phone or WhatsApp - as we work during the day, with limited access to emails ; it is also more expedient - we can exchange most information in one go.
We are a 100% genuine and transparent Rescue and are doing substantial efforts to save these lives. We reserve the right to ask any / different price / donation for our rescue dogs or cats - depending on circumstances. In most cases, we are not covering the costs !
We keep in touch with all adopters (more than 500 families, so far). On request, we can obtain & provide good references from any of them.
We receive a high number of pointless messages and calls and we do not afford wasting time…
So, Please, Please - NO TIMEWASTERS !
