Large breed puppy about 7-8 month old for adoption.
Based in Northampton NN3.
Darko is Bulgarian rescue pup. He was rescued when about 3-4 month old from starvation and abuse on streets of Bulgarian village. You can view pictures of him when rescued.
Darko going to be large size dog, about 35 kg, like Labrador or Alsatian.
He is medium energy dog on calmer side. He still pup and like to play with humans or any dogs.
Darko is very friendly towards people, dogs and cats. He is not nervous dog at all and doesn’t mind traffic and people on bikes.
He is good on lead, but still in process of training recall ( loves to follow people with dogs). Darko is housetrained.
Darko will be suitable for children over 5. He has zero aggression or food guarding. He is big and clumsy, still trying to manage his paws 😁.
Surviving on streets when baby Darko suffered some eye trauma on left eye and probably doesn’t see with this eye (difficult to test) . This doesn’t affect his life at all. Otherwise Darko is in perfect health.
He is fully vaccinated, microchiped, neutered. Regularly wormed and treated for fleas. 4D blood test negative, Brucellosis test negative.
Darco has European passport with all health records.
Darko is big boy and requires more food than small dog. He is very food focused. He is on natural diet (species appropriate diet) : raw and cooked meat, fish, eggs, yogurt, healthy grains . He likes bananas and carrots. His daily cost of food about £2.50 while he is growing. So, please keep in mind the cost of having bigger dog.
