I purchased this lad 2 weeks ago and since then hes escaped from 3 cages. He seems to be absolutely bursting with energy. He is very timid and does not like being picked up, he has bitten my partner twice and my friend has been bitten a lot but I havnt. I will say he is a biter but hes only 7 month old, I was told his birthday is 5th of may 25, so I dont think its too late to stop him biting. Because if his size his bites are pretty nasty.
I put him with my other ferrets and he started fighting with them so I had to put him back on his own. He needs some 1 to 1 human interaction on a regular basis to make him into a loveley ferret.
So the main thing is that he is a master of escaping. He will need a good sturdy cage to keep him in and he needs a confident owner. I cant keep him as I have other ferrets he wont get on with and dont have the time to have him out all the time.
