Green Cheek Conure – Looking for a 5⭐ Forever Home 🦜 This is a genuinely difficult decision for me, but unfortunately, I'm looking to rehome my green cheek conure because he isn't getting the amount of attention and interaction he deserves. This isn't a decision I've made lightly, and I want to make sure he goes to the right home where he can get the time, care and attention he needs. He's a tame, talkative little character with a big personality! He can step up, fly to your hand and says things like "kisses", "thank you" and "what you doing?". He also blows kisses, which is honestly adorable. Like many parrots, he has his own preferences when it comes to people. He can take a liking to certain people and not get along with others, so it's important that a potential owner understands and respects his personality rather than expecting him to love everybody. Please read before enquiring – parrot ownership is a serious commitment. Green cheek conures need daily interaction, enrichment, exercise and a suitable diet. They can be noisy, messy, nippy and demanding, and they can live for many years, so please make sure you're prepared for the commitment. His safety is extremely important: - No candles, incense, air fresheners or aerosol sprays in his environment. - No smoking or exposure to fumes from non-stick cookware, including Teflon/PTFE, which can be fatal to birds. - No other toxic fumes or airborne chemicals. - A suitable, bird-safe home with a proper enclosure, enrichment and plenty of daily attention. - Access to an avian vet when needed. I'm not looking to sell him to just anyone. I'll be asking questions to make sure potential owners understand what they're taking on and can provide him with a suitable home. Please only enquire if you've done your research and are serious about giving him the life he deserves. I reserve the right to refuse a sale if I don't feel it's the right fit. This is a difficult decision, but his welfare has to come first. ❤️🦜
