Genuine Miniature Dachshund Puppies for sale.
Large litter of two boys and three girls.
Two boys are black and tan.
One girl is black and tan.
Two girls are chocolate and tan with what appears to be blue eyes (for now they are still blue anyway).
Beautiful pups, all healthy and thriving. They are now just over 4 weeks old and have started weaning with kibble and being topped up with mums milk.
They are adorable and very active little tinkers! They love cuddles and to play. Their characters are really shining through now and they are all delightful.
They are doing really well using the puppy pads and already recognise when they need to go to the toilet.
A small crate will be introduced within the whelping pen next week to get them used to a crate.
They will be microchipped, flea and wormed before they leave.
On advice from our Vet, it's best for the new owner to get the vaccines done themselves due to potential conflicts in the vaccines. This can happen if our vets use a different manufacturer than yours and it is often different depending on where you will be traveling from and if this happens, both vaccines will need to be done again.
The pups come from a purebred short haired miniature family tree with KC registered relatives on both sides.
Their mum's mum was KC registered, the dad was also registered but due to the owners moving, they couldn't get the paperwork from them.
Their dad's dad is KC registered.
Both parents are short haired, genuine miniature dachshunds and they are our family pets. Both are black and tan (they are in no way related though!).
Mum is normally 4.5kg, although currently 5.3kg as nursing, Dad is 6.2kg. (males are always a little bigger than females but both are tiny)
Both parents will be present when you view the pups, so you will see how big the pups will grow.
This was an accidental litter, it wasn't our intention to have a litter at all! Our boy is due to be neutered in December when he turns two years old and unfortunately I missjudged how long a female season lasts for, and then there was an accidental tie!
We want to ensure the pups all go to loving, family orientated homes, ideally who have other pets as they love being with others. They adore children and are very patient and mild mannered. Our Son is disabled and our two are fantastic with him. No concerns over nasty behaviour at all.
Definitely no breeders are welcome to view or purchase them. We want the very best forever homes for these beautiful babies.
Viewing is recommended as no photo taken will ever do them justice.
We are based near Swadlincote, Derbyshire.
