This super boy is Phoenix and he is nearly 10 months old (DOB 11/11/24). He is currently in foster in Bath now looking for his forever home.
Phoenix was found in a pound in Spain, with a bad skin infection, malnutirion and a damaged eye. His eye was removed, skin has recovered, plus gained some weight so he is fighting fit now. Negative to Mediterranean diseases including Brucellosis.
He has been in the UK just over a week and has been such a good boy with his foster family. He loves people and other dogs, he wants to play with other dogs. He is currently living with 2 older dogs which do not want to play with him so we need a home with a playful dog so Phoenix can burn off his energy and have loads of fun. Phoenix cannot live with cats.
Phoenix is a strong boy on walks. He has high energy. So we would need someone who is strong and patient to walk him.
Since he has been in his foster home, we have found out that he is clean indoors, he sleeps through the night and he is good in the car. He loves a secure field where he can run around. He has been left for 2 hours with no problems. He is a fun boy who is great company. He also loves going to the dog cafe.
Please message if you are interested with information about your family, ages of everyone in the home, existing pets & work hours. All enquiries will be looked at. We only rehome to England, Wales & Scotland.
Please note: We are looking for a secure garden with fencing or walls to a minimum of 5ft. We also need the dogs to be kept on a lead, long lunge lead or for people to use enclosed fields for off lead exercise as these dogs are scent hounds & have hunting backgrounds. We do not rehome with children under 8 years old.
Full rescue back up is provided.
