Collection from SE7 or postage which will cost an additional ÂŁ3.90 (shipped with Royal Mail). I will only ship Mon-Thurs to avoid snails being left over the weekend. This is to ensure the snails have the best chance of survival during shipping!
If snails are DOA (dead on arrival) you must alert and send pictures within 12hrs of the snails' arrival, and you will receive a refund for the snails only, not the postage fee.
