Teddy is a huge character of a cat. I've never known a cat quite like him. He loves people and would happily spend all day sitting on your knee and licking your hand if you let him! N
His fur is incredibly soft, he's a lovely cat to stroke. When he's not having cuddles he darts around and is very playful, he loves playing with pens and glasses and screwed up pieces of paper. He's fine to live with dogs who are good with cats, totally unphased by them and knocks them into shape if necessary! He's the only cat I've ever known who is scared of stairs. I'm fostering him and he lives upstairs and is gradually overcoming his fear and has ventured down to the second step down (after a couple of months!). He loves his food and is very vocal when he hears me preparing it. We call him Ted Talk when he does that.
He was rescued from a horrible life in central Spain (with 6 other similar cats including an all-Persian female who may be his Mum) but it hasn't stopped him from being a confident, affectionate and fun-loving boy. He would absolutely love to live with somebody who could spend lots of time with him. He'd enjoy a garden to pootle around in.
His adoption fee is a contribution towards the much higher costs of rescuing him and includes the cost of neutering, chip, passport, tests for diseases (he tested negative), vaccines and transport to the UK.
