I am sadly looking for somebody to rehome my 3 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier Dexter - obviously an incredibly difficult decision but as I live with my elderly Grandparents it is no longer possible to keep a lively, fun loving dog due to their ages and current health coupled with my current work commitments. Dexter has been with me for over 2 years and is incredibly loving and enjoys company but does have a tendency to jump up (his former owner had trained him to leap in to his arms which was fine as a very young, much smaller dog but not so much now he’s fully grown!) although he doesn’t do this with me personally. He would certainly benefit from somebody with plenty of time at home, good walks, some basic training and availability/company on a regular basis.
Fully vaccinated with stamped book available, castration completed 7th May 2025 and Dexter is in all round good health.
I am not looking to make any money from this sale so am listing with a minimum £100 price which I would ask to be donated to a Dog Rescue charity rather than my own gain.
Dexter will be available to meet of course during evenings and on weekends and a full handover completed with me also ensuring the suitability of the new home/potential owners circumstances as understandably I need to make sure he will be going to a suitable person/family and home.
