Royal python approximately 8 years old with complete setup.
I have had this snake for just over 5 years, was previously owned by a friend for roughly 3 years before that however it is now time for me to move him on.
As with most royals he can be a fussy eater but this has been made worse since I have moved into a flat with my partner, my partner has a cat and we don’t have any spare space to keep the snake far enough away from the cat to not smell it which I believe is putting him off eating regularly. He does eat but since I moved around a year ago it has slowed down, he is still very friendly/happy/healthy but I do not want it to get to a stage further down the line where he isn’t. He would usually eat a medium/large rat every 10-14 days but now it’s more every 3-6 weeks, sometimes I’ll try multis in between which sometimes works and sometimes does not.
This advert is for someone with previous experience with snakes who can take him and give him a good life, the snake can come with the 48x18x20 viv complete with uv lamp, ceramic heating element, thermostat and a day/night switch for the uv lamp, basically what you see in the photos.
