Meet Jeffrey — a small boy with a giant heart. He’s only around 2 years old and he’s already been through far too much. He was found wandering alone near a DIY store, with no one coming forward for him — but despite everything, he has stayed joyful, affectionate, and full of life. 💛
The best news? Jeffrey is now safely in a foster home in the UK and settling in brilliantly.
