Description

This is an incredibly difficult post to write, as Kitler is truly one of a kind and so deeply loved. He will be 1 year old this month (exact date of birth unknown), and in that time he has brought nothing but joy, laughter, and love into our home. I have honestly never met a cat with so much character. He has the quirkiest little personality and sleeps in the funniest positions that make us laugh out loud daily. He is playful, affectionate, and just bursting with charm. Kitler was raised with our German Shepherd, Liyah, and because of that he has this hilarious, puppy-like way about him. The two of them absolutely adore each other. His playful and gentle nature makes him so unique. He is fully litter box trained (we use wood pellet litter) and is strictly an indoor only cat. He must not be let outside under any circumstances, as he is not neutered or microchipped. Our vet has not been able to offer these services due to ongoing staff shortages. We are devastated to even be considering rehoming him, but since bringing him home, our 3 year old cat Jinx has started spraying indoors. With a carpeted property, it has become too much to manage with constant cleaning every day and I’m ridiculously paranoid about living in a place that smells, it’s not the easiest scent to erase. We are still looking into other solutions but want to explore the possibility of a new home where Kitler can continue to thrive. He will not be going for free. This is not about money, it is about making sure he goes to someone who will truly love and understand him. If you are an experienced cat owner and can offer a safe, stable, indoor only home, please get in touch. I feel honoured to have had Kitler in my care and letting him go would only ever happen if it meant giving him the very best future.
