Dream Home Farm Warning ⚠️ : Selling sick kittens Name: Dream House Farm Seller: Diya Elyas Number: ************ Diya Elyas sold me a kitten diagnosed with feline panleukopenia, which resulted in the animal's death shortly after purchase. Purchased kitten 28th September, contacted Diya Elyas 29th September about kittens health problems he responded 'I should be more clever'- basically nothing wrong with kitten. Despite the breeder attributing the loss to my care, I maintain that the health issues originated prior to the transfer of ownership. This was contracted at his premises from all his NONE vaccinated cats. Given the emotional distress caused to my family—compounded by a recent personal bereavement which was the worst experience of my life a stillbirth—and now the financial loss incurred. Imagine your little boy asking why is everyone dying. This is sad. The kitten was so loved and had everything and more in such a short time with us. I find the breeder's refusal to offer a refund or demonstrate professional accountability unacceptable. Even though my rights are protected under the consumer rights act (2015). I have documented evidence of everything that has occurred. Even including his inconsistencies regarding the kitten's age, and intend to escalate this matter to Trading Standards and the RSPCA to address the negligence involved. Please share and warn others.
