Description
Welcome to Hilltop Kittens - a boutique at-home cattery at the very top of the Malvern Hills 💕 Our kittens are raised at home with love, and stay with us until they’re at least 12 weeks old to make sure they’re properly socialised, healthy and adaptable - making them wonderful lifelong companions and exceptional pets.
They’ll also receive both sets of initial vaccinations and microchips before they leave us, and be recently flea and wormed - and our friends at My Home Pet Vet will give them a once over before they leave, so you can rest assured your kittens are healthy. We’ll also provide your first four weeks of cover with Agria - so you’ll be protected while you sort out your own pet insurance cover.
They’ll also leave with a Hilltop Kittens gotcha basket, containing a blanket that smells like home, a selection of their favourite toys, and some food and treats to help them settle into your new home.
We want you to love your kittens and keep them for life. But our local animal shelters are full, and no place for our beloved kittens. So, if you find yourself struggling with the cost of living, or things aren’t working out with your kitten, you don’t need to take them to a shelter. They can come home to us, no questions asked, any time.
Mama is the beautiful Mabel, who’s a Ragamuffin (BSH/ragdoll); Dad is Shadow, a blue point Ragdoll. True Ragamuffins (as opposed to “ragamuffins” meaning ragdolls bred with domestic cats) have the best of all worlds - they’re soft little teddy bears who are sociable, cuddly and absolutely lovable (which is why we adore them!) They’re also raised with Mouse, our own Ragdoll stepdad - so they’ve got a good idea of household hierarchies!
You can find lots more photos and videos of our kittens from birth on our Instagram at @hilltopkittens - so please do take a look!
About our kittens:
🎃 Pumpkin (orange collar, male) - we are really going to struggle to part with our little boy Pumps! He has a blue point ragdoll look, and is a total teddy bear - very happy to be cuddled, but at the same time loves to play. He’s got a muscular build - so while he looks the part of a ragdoll, you can feel the BSH in him when you scoop him up. He’s confident, easy going and has made everyone he’s met so far fall in love with him - so his new family will be very lucky to take him home.
💕 Peggy (pink collar, female) - Peggy is our little princess! She looks like a lilac point ragdoll, and she’s a complete sweetheart - the most delicate and “girly” of our babies, she’s still got a little feistiness when the right toy comes out. She’s very sociable - as time goes on, she’s the one we find most likely to be sleeping next to us on the sofa, rather than in one of our many cat beds… So she’ll likely want to be wherever you are, when she moves in with you!
🥒 Pickle (green collar, female) - Pickle is (and we mean this with love) a little bit daft. She’s a blue longhair with the faintest ghost tabby pattern, though this may fade as she leaves kittenhood - and she is a drama queen! She’s all personality, but in the very best way - everyone who meets Pickle loves her, even if they’re wondering what on earth is going through her head.
🌶️ Pepper (red collar, female - RESERVED) - Pepper is a smart cookie, and not as spicy as her name suggests! She’s a blue tabby kitten with a white locket pattern, and can often be found watching us doing… Well, everything. She’s energetic and playful, and has an absolutely stunning look - almost the spitting image of her mum!
We’re accepting reservations for our kittens now, and they’ll be ready to leave us from 10th January, following their vaccinations, vet checks and chips on 6th.
Visits are absolutely welcomed, as are video calls - so please do get in touch as we’re looking to match our kittens with perfect homes for life,
