We are sadly having to find a new loving home for our kc reg long haired miniature dachshund Benny , he’s just turned 3 (August) years old. He’s absolutely lovely so friendly and great with children as he’s been brought up with our little girl.
He absolutely adores women but does take some time to warm up to men for some reason as he will bark for a while untill he gets to know them. He is fully potty trained to go outside doesn’t make any mistakes indoors ect. He is cage trained for when you go out and at bed time , doesn’t chew ect. He gets along with other dogs once introduced as he is best friends with my mums dog (black lab)
The only thing I would say as a typical dachshund he doesn’t like being left alone at home alone and will bark for you. When he’s at my mother’s house with her dog he doesn’t seem to bark if left alone with another dog but if he’s all alone he will.
He loves to always be with you and cuddling he’s very loving so he needs a home that he will get lots and lots of love and attention and I would like someone who will be with him most of the time and not working all day as this wouldn’t be fair to him.
Hes on James well beloved biscuits and meat (fed morning and night) my only request is he’s kept on this same food as he is very fussy and doesn’t like other foods and hasn’t agreed with cheaper foods ect.
He’s also used to going to the groomers for trims ect and is very well behaved when he’s there.
He also lives with an indoor cat so isn’t bothered by them once he knows them.
Benny is fully KC registered from a lovely breeder he has all his paper work , I also have pictures of his parents which I can forward on. He’s fully vaccinated up to date and monthly flea treated , 3 monthly wormed. He’s fully insured and doesn’t have any vet history of illness or problems.
He’s so very loved and this is such a hard decision but with working a lot and all expenses going up we just are unable to keep him sadly but we will only be rehoming him to the perfect family that we think will suit him as we want the best for him where he will be very loved and a forever home as we’ve had him since a little baby.
