Description
Charlie came as one of a pair (not related) and they were bought for company for my older goat who had lost his pal.
Unfortunately, the tenuous bond that the trio developed is being sorely tested by Charlie, who is bullying his pal (seen in the photos).
He doesn’t fight but doesn’t allow his pal, Bill, to enter the shed for shelter, or to eat food from the main manger; he chases him away.
It’s really disrupting the dynamic of the group and making them skittish.
After many months of trying different housing, routines, feeding schedules, we have concluded that Charlie would do better with another goat/herd.
I will add some more up to date photos as some of these were taken months ago. He’s still as cute at 2 as he was at 6 months.
He has horns (but doesn’t use them to challenge), loves human contact and will tolerate brushing and petting.
He has an ear tag but has ripped it out twice so I have kept it and didn’t bother replacing it again. Happy to do so though.
We are asking for a small rehoming fee but happy to negotiate.
Please contact me with any questions.
We can transport for a petrol charge.
