A Rescue is looking for a suitable home for a stunning Mastiff know fondly as ‘Big Liam’ because of his 60 KG size.
Liam is a large, fluffy, cuddly dog with a protective temperament. He protects his home and family very well, he is a loyal and faithful family dog. Although he does get on well with other dogs he would be best suited to being an only dog, not only due to his size but because the Mastiffs tend to be leaders of the pack. Liam is a true leader and assumes his role well.
He has been described to us as being sociable, and affectionate with people and children and craves human contact. There have been no incidents of aggressive behaviour or bite incidents.
Big Liam has a fear of big cars, especially 4x4s but it is unclear why. Perhaps he had a bad experience in relation to one. He reacts by barking, so he would need training to break this habit. He is toilet trained and will walk on a lead but, as withb many dogs, an adjustment will be needed when he gets used to a new environment.

We are Hope4Paws Uk&Spain, a Not For Profit ‘Rescue & Re-Homing Group run entirely by volunteers, who find homes for abandoned or stray dogs. We do not have our own kennels but all our funds go towards rescue costs, rescue kennel fees and transport. To adopt one of our dogs, it costs a total of £395: an initial Fee of £100 to secure transport, with the remaining £295 collected before travel and delivery to your home.
