Red staffordshire bull terrier female nearly 6 months old looking for a new forever home through absolutely no fault of her own. She is a beautiful girl with a good temperament. Genuine reason for rehoming.
Mabel is KC Registered, health tested clear by parents, upto date on flea and worm treatments she is currently on a monthly care plan with the vets. She is upto date on all vaccinations and not due her booster till next year.
I am not the breeder i got her at 8 weeks old and i do not own mum.
Mabel has an amazing dark red coat with a small white line on her chest and has the most prettiest face. I am looking for a genuine home where she will be as loved and cared for as she has been here with us.
Mabel eats and drinks well she is healthy and has no health problems.
She is fully house trained and crate trained She is not overly keen travelling in a car but is fine with small trips.
She walks well on a lead but does tend to pull abit at first due to excitement but after a short time she will walk nicely. She knows to wait at the roadside when told to wait. She is good off lead and never goes to far infront. She loves a good run around our local field but her recall is still a working progress especially if she spots a person or another dog but all that is, is just to say Hello. She knows her basic commands and is quite obediant in the home. She gets on well with other dogs as she currently lives with 3 older dogs.she can be abit to playful at times and just likes annoying them to the point where its getting to much especially to my other female who has some anxiety. But she is still a puppy and still has alot to learn, its not fair to keep her in a cage any longer than nessesary. Shes ok around children she can be abit jumpy and get over excited. she has been raised with children of all ages ranging from 5 yrs old including my 9 year old twins. We also have a newborn in the home.
If i was to describe Mabel it would be she is over friendly she can act needy at times and can get quite excitable on meeting new people but im yet to meet a staffy that doesn't jump up and get excited. Shes just happy to greet and shes still a baby after all she just wants your attention all the time and unfortunately we can not give her that time anymore. She loves a comfy sofa to lay on but since the baby has arrived shes no longer allowed on it and shes learnt that quick. She absolutely loves being out in the sun just chilling, any chance she has of going in the garden she takes it. She has never shown any kind of aggression whatsoever.
This has been an extremely hard decision to make and her welfare is paramount to me which means i will not let her go to just anyone.
She will leave with everything she needs.
