Unopened Bag: Shrimp must be in their original, unopened shipping bag.
Time frame: Returns must be requested within 1 hour of delivery.
Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable:
Opened Bags: We cannot accept returns for shrimp that have been removed from their original shipping bag.
Improper Care: We are not responsible for shrimp that perish due to improper care or unsuitable aquarium conditions after arrival.
